I'm taking a page out of Iris's book and I'm going to document my life in pictures (and words) for at least a few weeks. I've clearly fallen WAY off the wagon and I'm embarrassed and sick of it and ready to get back on track. Yes, I know Christmas is this week, but it can't wait. If I gain 5 lbs over Christmas, I'll be back in the *gasp* 180's and I can't deal with that. So I'll be reporting weight daily. I was going to take a pic of the scale, but my iPhone camera doesn't have a flash and my scale isn't back lit so that just didn't work at all this morning. I will be posting a pic of my body and measurements weekly. And I will be posting pics of my food and pics to represent workouts daily.
I really hope you guys will look at this thread and cheer me on/chew me out when necessary. I've gotta get it together. I hate how I look right now and I don't want to yo-yo all the way back up to my max. So I'm asking for all of you to help me out. Thanks in advance because I know how awesome all of you are.
But WHAT is that on your plate??? Probably my Dutch vision, but I can hardly identify the goo...little pancakes? Mushy corn with some kind of sauce? Soupy minced meat?

Haha! It's chicken enchiladas with rice and a cheese sauce (admittedly from a frozen meal - Healthy choice) with corn and salsa with diced jalapenos on top. Checked the box - only 11g of protein so you're right that's not good. However, even though it's a lot of food, it's not a lot of calories. It's extremely tasty and easy. I'm going grocery shopping today. I'll do better. -sigh-

I tried to get a pic of me actually working out but that was pretty much impossible. The best I could do was sort of a shot angled down toward the bike which just looked like a crotch shot so I went with this instead. Ha!
