Here is alittle about me... I am a busy mom to 4 children (10,almost 9, 7, and almost 5)... I work at home part time... and love it!
I love love LOVE working out... running, lifting weights, etc...
I have been trying to lose weight for over 2 years now... playing with the same 5 pounds.. VERY FRUSTERATING!
ALTHOUGH... I have just figured out recently that I am Gluten Intollerant... NOT a celiac, but intollerant of it!
This has sort of helped as I can't eat as many BAD carbs as I like (breads and cereals mainly)
I am doing training right now to get a certification in Personal Training... I am very excited about this, as I have such a passion for health!
We eat mostly (90% of the time) homemade foods, I mostly only buy ingredients.... I try to incorperate lots of Beans, veggies, fruits, etc... My sister calls me a food nazi.
I am 5'6" tall and weight 165. I am a size 10 which I know is on the smaller size for normal womans sizes these days... I have SOLID fat (I do look smaller than I weigh) BUT I would love to get down to the 150 I was before I had kids... it isn't SMALL, just a smaller ME!
On the flip side of it all...I do have genes that SAY I can get fat... thing is, I won't let them win this body over! (My mother weighed over 300 lbs 4 yrs ago and had Bipass surg.) My grandparents weighted over 400 when they died and all in all... I am the SMALLEST Grownup female in my family... Scary!
Anyways, that is alittle about me... I am totally in love with Fat2Fit podcasts, as I am now sad that I have caught up on all of them in the last 2 weeks (just found them 2 weeks ago!... Of course I listen while I am working...which makes the time go by!)
Can't wait to get to know more of you around here better!
