Alasdair is currently CEO and founder of HDO Group LLC, the Cambridge, MA based company who own and manage traineo. At traineo, Alasdair applies his extensive experience in launching web-based applications, e-commerce websites, and interactive web tools in health and fitness markets.

In 2000, Alasdair launched an online sporting goods website, HDO Sport, during his freshman year at Harvard University, and under his leadership it has grown into a multi-million dollar e-commerce site that recently was awarded ‘Best Gear Website’ by Men’s Journal Magazine.

Alasdair formed HDO Group LLC whilst running Track and Field at Harvard University. As the previous captain of the Harvard University Track and Field Team who has also represented Great Britain and England at an international level, he brings a wealth of applied knowledge of fitness, training, and exercise to the traineo management team.

Alasdair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Harvard University and was nominated one of the top entrepreneurs under 25-years old by Business Week Magazine.
