Is that how most of you are losing weight, by calorie counting and exercise? Just wondering, I have gone off and on weight watchers many times but I am starting to just count calories again. Also, about how many calories have you all been eating daily and how is it working? I am having 1600 today, not sure if I should be having less. Anyways, thanks!

@Skye: What was your experience with Weight Watchers? What worked? What didn't? Does your weight yo-yo? If so, do you know why?

Well, I'm doing a low GI-type diet plan, but I count calories as well. And, yes, I exercise.
