I have begun to get fatter and fatter by the day and its getting irritating so i need will power and help to lose weight i want to lose weight by January 8
so if any body can help by giving me excercise tips and movtional support thank you very much

Hi Jackie. I think understand and have been in that downward spiraling vortex. Hit the reset button and begin anew. Don't look back, get aggressive, and change your life. Get in control. You have the power to do it. I suggest that you come up with a meal plan that you can live with. Perhaps you may want to talk to a doctor or a dietician. Whatever. Plan ahead and make the commitment to stick with your plan. It won't be easy but the results are worth the effort.
