They are filling and have lots of protein.  Skip the dressing.  Also their grilled chicken snack wraps have less than 300 calories.  
You can look up the nutrition information of almost all fast food restaurants online, and plan what to order in advance.  
Stay away from any Restaurants that tend to huge portion sizes or you can&amp;#039;t directly count calories of the ingredients. You&amp;#039;ll save money and eat better. Search other threads for more detailed suggestions, but generally you want to stick to lean meats (chicken and turkey), whole grains, and lots of fruits and vegetables.

If you absolutely have to visit one of those options, Subway will probably let you customize what you order more than the others.
