Hello All...

I have been away for a while trying to figure out my complete lack of dedication. Not sure that I really came up with the answer but after having a really good talk about my struggles with food, my wife has gotten me pretty motivated to succeed this time. I was wondering if there were any challenges that were recently started or if there are any starting up soon that I could join?

Hopefully you all will see a lot more of me on here because that would mean I am tracking every day and holding myself accountable for what I eat.

I desided to create my own challenge. I call it a "challenge for a cause" I found out that there was a local walk for Alzheimer's in my area. I am signed up to form a team, take donations and volunteer for the cause as well as walk the two miles. I can already jog two miles so I am planning to do it in a particular amount of time. There are lots of causes to walk for. Find one near you and then you are not only accountable to yourself but also others that you would be helping.
