You can wake up for breakfast, you only need 10min.

Is your BMR for your goal weight? I come pretty close to that each day, maybe a little short though.

And also - I didn&amp;#039;t see reference to breakfast??  Eating 5-6 meals/day, and drinking enough water, are important for your energy levels. Maybe it was because of my whacked out lucid dreams preventing me from restorative sleep or something, but I just had no energy today. I thought about taking a nap between classes or something, but just had an orange instead. My energy level rose for a little while. This kinda leads me to believe I am not actually eating enough to keep myself working properly (if that makes sense).
