I have not heard about the lipotrim diet.
I have tried the GM diet and the Ultimate New York Body Plan. Both are (in my opinion) restrictive diets. The second has a really tough exercise program that needs to be followed too.
As a vegetarian, I had to modify both diets. On the first I lost just 0.5 misearble kg in one week. On the second I gave up after the first week despite losing 3 whole kg. After a week of UNYBP, I was back to my old eating habits. I gained 4 kg in two weeks.
Through out both diets I felt the world owed me special attention and sympathy. I was miserable.
I switched to sensible eating and exercise. And lost at the rate of 0.5 to 1 kg per week. And (more or less) kept it off thereafter.
Anything restrictive is more likely to fail in the long run in my opinion because when you go back to eating normally you will gain back weight.
A lifelong lifestyle switch to sensible eating and exercise ALWAYS works.
I highly recommend a balanced diet and exercise and patience. Meanwhile, I think you look beautiful in this picture. There are more I am sure, but at least one other person who definitely agrees with me. The person in there with you.
