How about we all just do a little bit of homework, and realise you cannot base your diet on someone else, unless they are your genetic double, in which case you would have to want the same outcome and do exactly the same ecercise etc, creating too many variables.
My one brother and i were going through a phase of health conciousness, and as an experiment we decided to eat exactly the same things, drink identically, and exercise together. The first week (his diet), i gained weight, in the second week (my diet) he gained.
The reason being, i would naturally take higher levels of meat, and he naturally ingests higher levels of salt, he dehydrates much faster than me naturally, and i burn more calories by sitting still.
Everyone works differently, find your balance not the national average balance.
Study nutrition, and find out what you really need, like if you want strong bones dont just drink lots of milk, eat green vegetables and take magnesium etc...
Another step i would like to take is genetic profiling (if that's the right term), by this i mean sending a sample of my DNA for testing, to find what my body has evolved to eat, drink, and exercise.
