Whatever Dave ....Bourblaster is such a class act! Are you kiddin me!?!

You got tangled in the wrong net, Bore came on this thred to start a fight and he got one.

I never threatened anyone....like he did, I'm not the one who said he hated Heather, he was.

I am here to keep people like him in check. No more...no less.
He's gone and it's now water under the bridge for me.

Besides.....I think you have very valid health points.

You keep me in check? I thought you were the one that railed against the idea of the internet police, but now you see yourself as the internet's patrolman.

Listen, you unbelievable retard. I love a good argument, but let's face it, we aren't even having one. I showed up to point out that this thread consisted of nothing more than 10 poster retards in some sort of Isagenix circle jerk. If you want to prove to me that these people have actually added anything to the fitness world, I'm open. So what are you arguing with me about here? My sexuality, choice of avatar, or ability in the gym? I hardly see how that's relevant considering the subject of debate are the people that populate this thread.

But hey, why don't we have a better argument. You say you trained with powerlifters for two years, share with us some insight as to a good weightlifting split. I'll then tear it apart because if that picture is accurate, you need to hit the gym and stop investing all your time and money in terrible tribal tattoos.

I also said that I'm a brown belt in wing chun and currently training in Krav Maga, Jujitsu, and boxing. Do you wanna try me? I love smashing tools like you.

As far as my ink is concerned, you just proved to everyone what a sped you are.
Man law....you never criticize another mans ink, its just player hater and weak.

I'm always suspicious of people who won't post their own image, are you ashamed of how awesome you sculped power lifting body is?

oh. my. gosh. there is so much testerone on this thread i think i'm sprouting balls. for the love of all things holy, i thought we were here to talk about losing weight and getting fit. what happened to all the isagenix bashing? i'm longing for the old days...

anyway, just an update on my isagenix situation - i was supposed to do a two day cleanse and totally fell off the wagon. the next day i just said f*ck it and started doing shakes again with the one meal. i'm back on track. i'm working out every other day, too.

the thing that is totally pissing me off is that my scale is not moving, but all of my clothes are significantly baggier. my trousers, for example, are super loose. what gives? i've done measurements, too, and there's no real change. argh!

that's all for now. and, guys, forreal - keep it clean and not so gay in here.

lol...

Where are you measuring?? If your clothes are baggier, the #'s must be going down somewhere, right? A lot of times the scale refuses to move, but that is the least important of the metrics we have available to us. Keep up the good work, and keep track of the measurements and BF %.

hi dave!
thanks for the words of encouragement - it's so tough sometimes to stay focused on being fit and healthy when the numbers are not reflecting what i want them to (lol)!
i'm going to keep on exercising and following the plan. i feel awesome and, p.s., someone at work today told me i looked "super" (his words) thin - good sh*t! i'll keep it up and, again, thanks for the encouragement!

oh. my. gosh. there is so much testerone on this thread i think i'm sprouting balls.

hehe I think you are close but I have a feeling that most of the "guys" on here only have balls when facing off on the internet. Get them face to face and they will run off crying..

Now back on to a serious note for you. I agree with Dave. If you are working hard on this (what ever you feel is best for you) and your clothes are getting baggy then you must be succeeding somewhere! I have had times like that too where the scale doesn't change much but that doesn't mean things are changing. I know you were discouraged with traineo with this thread. But if you are truely interested in getting tips and support, check out some of the other threads. The people on here are really amazing and have provided me some wonderful support. There is always someone here to answer questions and they know a ton.

If you are one of the only newies in this thread that are interested in the true benefits of any program to get healthy, i'm sorry you got mixed up in the rest.

I think those of us who have been here a while longer just get EXTREMELY frustrated with people who come on for something like this (that can be considered a marketing scheme even if it does work for some people) and they are new and suddenly posting testamonials about this "dream product" its hard to take them seriously.

Frankly this whole thread is annoying and reminds me of other weight loss forum sites I have been part of and left for this reason. If you are trying to sell your product you are doing a TERRIBLE job at it. Frankly i makes me want to ensure that NO ONE i know EVER tries it. Because you all sound like a bunch of men standing in a room talking about how large your dicks are because you can't get compliments anywhere else. Get over yourself... if you like the product, if you have luck with it. Tell your personal thoughts an experiences. The moment you say dumb things like "It works and its less than $7 for a meal!!!"RETARD.... I may not type the best or spell the best all they time because i don't frankly care to spell check my posts for a forum (i'll put my time in effort of correct grammar and spelling into my work, thanks) But I know i CAN make each one of my meals for under $3. Me and my fiance usually spend $60 a week on food for both of us! So... $60 a week.. that's $30 a week per person... Thats about $4.29 dollars a day (well I have already beat your figure) and about $1.43 a meal (if you are thinking 3 meals a day). Wow its amazing what cooking real food can do! And its healthy food. Not shitty top raman or shakes. REAL FOOD... MMM... Healthy...

So if you want to talk about your "Prize products" tell me something that actually sounds convincing. Tell me the specifics. What seems to make the product great. Because right now I just see bullshit attitudes that pollute our forums. We are actually trying hard to lose weight, stay healthy, and keep motivated and your attempt at ignorant "trash" talk just makes you sound five. If you think you sound "smart" and "tough" talking down to people and making fun of them.. well frankly you are wrong. Get over it.

"Freedom to speak online is just the freedom to act like moron" Mission accomplished. You promoted your product. You pissed off the locals. Now get off our fucking forums so we can get back to our normally scheduled lives. Want to show us that you actually care about losing weight and not just promoting your product? Shock us all by actually reading some other threads, posting intelligent views and opinions in said other threads and stop attacking the regulars.

Also... NEVER attack someone on their weight again.. if you think they are heavy by their "photo" or "avatar"... Grow up! How low is that?! To attack someone about their weight.. on a weight.. loss.. forum?! Wow... really sounding smart now. If you know what its like to be over weight and to fight hard to lose weight you wouldn't say such things. You know nothing about us. So stop pretending like you can guess someones who life story and work out routine by a flippin picture.

*sigh* ok... so now that I spoke my opinion and will now attract everyones attacks to me.. know.. I don't give a flying fuck what you think about me, what you will say about me, or how you "disagree" with what I have said, or if you think i'm dumb or hypocritical, or fat, or lame, or whatever. I wont be posting again on here. You wont be getting a rise out of me. So get your kicks off by doing something more impressive than attacking people online. Come out to where I live and show my that you have some real balls by talking to my face... Until you do.. you mean nothing more than a fucking advertising bot...

For those who are SERIOUS about weight loss. Talk to us supportive folks in the other threads.

Best wishes to everyone! I wish you all well in life! Hope you product sells so you can leave us alone.

wow, m, lol, i just finished reading your thread and i'm thankful for the support, but wow - don't even bother with the negativity on this thread. it's not worth it.
i noticed my size twelve trousers are literally hanging off of me and my tens feel awesome. i was thinking about it and usually when you go down an entire pants size that is usually about ten pounds (at least from past experience). maybe i need a new scale?
today i overslept so i didn't eat breakfast (i know, shame on me!), i just drank coffee. then i met a friend for lunch and we ate at cosi - i had the greek salad, vegetarian chili (which, btw, is AWESOME), sugar free iced tea, and a whole wheat flat bread. i drank a ton of water all day and then had a shake for dinner with peaches and bananas. then i did an hour of cardio while i watched the 300. i feel like today was a really successful day, minus the not eating breakfast.
what other threads should i check out other than this one that is good and supportive?
thanks, m. talk to you soon!

Wow...M

You sound frustrated! I read through ALL the posts and the only thing I see is a bunch of regulars, who are over zealous with their opinions and agressively attacking "Newbies".
I found the entire thing distasteful and as a matter of fact insensitive to anyone who has alternitive points of view.
I think it's interesting that you feel it's ok to critique new posters and how they are forced into heated posts....when you displayed the same type of illogical ramblings. Seriously...if you wanted to sound like a mature adult...you wouldn't have had to use so many explitives!

let's take a look at your paragraph about isagenix and cost savings when compared to the average persons food consumption. how many calories are you consuming per day? If you are trying to lose weight your calorie intake is probebly low. I can have two nutrient enriched shakes per day plus a 400-600 cal. meal of my choice. So, each shake is 200 cals. plus 600 cal. meal. I'm consuming 1000 calories with more nutrients than you can get from eating "real" food.
If you factor in all the supliments and food you consume it is less costly to use isagenix.

I'm also curious do you all stream into the body building forums and power lifting forums and mouth off about all the supliments they take?
What about the rampant use of steroids and HGH?

Lastly you are no better that these chest beating uber males who want to be the tough guy....your post is riddled with condisending remarks and terrible advice on how to behave on a thred. Good luck in your efforts to lose weight, but remember, this thred is for people who are interested in learning about Isagenix and not about proving that one product is better than the other. Everyone has their favorite brands....ie, ice cream, coffee, water, sports team. Choice is awesome.

I love it too!

Bour...can you please spell check this.....

I want to first apologize to the other posters here, I did cross the line with my comments and after contemplating my reactions, I promise to use more discresion and respect others points of view.

I was just aggrivated by the assumtions that are being made in terms of why there are so many Newbies on this thred.
I just started using Isagenix 3 weeks ago and was looking to communicate with other users of the program.

Instead we(newbies) are being greeted with sarcasm and instant distain.
All from people who haven't used the products, that is frustrating.
I will however continue my membership here and see if this community is all the"regulars" claim it to be.

my apologies.

Sorry, I really have very little of greater value to contribute to this thread, I just couldn't resist posting that.

I hope the Isagenix thing works out for ya, Heather. As far as your 'pounds not showing on the scale' thing...personally, my preference is to lose the inches and change my body shape, and I could care less about the actual weight (within reason - obviously it wouldn't do for me to lose all of my muscle and hang on to the fat!)...so I would be heartened, in your shoes.

Edit: Crap, I broke the thread. I dunno how to make that image convert to thumbnail; sorry guys.

I couldn't agree more....smile.

Heather one of the best things about what's happening to you is that you aren't losing muscle! Isagenix is formulated to maintain your muscle and that will contribute to loss of inches, not "weight" per say.

That's the main reason I started on it, I want to maintain lean muscle while reducing my body fat percentage.

LOL

I googled "ISAGENIX" looking for information about the product. But I found this Thread when I googled "The Genie Diet", as I've already bought many books, I wanted to find out what the word on the net was/is. I think this site and the debate is GREAT!

Why did I google it? Well I first found out about it from a woman who is in her 60's and has been overweight for a very long time, and has tried every diet in the book ... and this program worked for her. And I think that is awesome.

Why am I interested in it? Because I'm looking at any information that I can find into safe, natural and preferably organic cleansing.

I started eating Organically just about (2) months ago and have lost 32 lbs. I believe any "diet" will work for people, as long as they understand it is a LIFESTYLE change and they have to LIVE IT. Eating Organically is the first thing that I've ever done in 20+ years that has been reasonably sucessful in such a short time. Is it expensive? YES! But do I really want to eat ARTIFICAL FOODS & COLORS? No! Absolutely not. I feel that my health in every aspect is worth this lifestyle change.

I can tell you that the ONLY change that I've made in the last (2) months is eating Organically. I exercise the same (sometimes less) as last year. And I'm not SELLING ANYTHING ... well I do sell Tea in my store and all that, but that's not why I'm here. I also sell Wine, but you have to come to my store to buy it.

Anyway, I'm all for our Constitutional Right for Freedom of Speech and hearing everyone's opinons.

Thanks for caring enough to share!

... Go back and check the constitution before you quote it...

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

I don't think peoples opinion on weight loss is included in that.

Sorry, it just bugs me when people quote "Freedom of Speech" for everything when it in fact does NOT include everything.. Off topic but still felt a need to mention it.

As you were...

(On a side note, this does not me I am against people sharing their opinions. I'm all for it, but the 1st amendment has nothing to do with that)

Anna...

I think you are making an awesome choice to go organic before you get an Isagenix program.
1. your cleanse will go alot easier
2. it shows a monicum self disapline
3. it supports the entire concept behind Isagenix

Lineave or michael....who knows which one of them is posting, are serial haters and make dumbass comments that have NO basis. the last time (Shim) posted it was a rant about alot of nothingness.
They are the self appointed "locals" that like to jump bad with the "newbies".
WTF!?! Shim is however a joke in my opinion as they come on and mouth off but when Dewy responded with valid questions and points, well.....crickets(silence)more crickets. LMAO!
Great post Finn!

Any way....ignore the haters and focus on the facts...

Fact...NONE of them use it!
Fact...it works
Fact...yes there are some people on the thred who are also selling it
Fact...you don't have to buy it from them
Fact...this thred is for people who WANT to know more about Isagenix
Fact...I love to smash haters
Fact...I would recomend an 30 day program, this way you can start with a 9 day cleanse, then have enough left over to continue.

Good Luck Anna!

This thread seems like a lot of hot air but I'll throw my 2 cents in.

I looked over some Isagenix reviews and the program seems a bit silly. If you stick with it you could theoretically lose weight. However, it's not a permanent solution. Can you really stick to soups and shakes forever? The best way to lose weight would be to change your current diet to something you enjoy that is also healthy. A long term diet change will do more for you down the road. Exercise is also quite neccesary to get that metabolism going.

Summary: If you followed Isagenix to the letter, you would probably lose a bit of weight since your calorie intake would be low. However, following the program would be very difficult. It's also a bit expensive.

Chris

That is a valid point...It is not a cheap product.
However you are a bit off with stating that you can ONLY have shakes and soup.
Any day that is a shake day you can have a 600-800 calorie meal. There are also cleanse days as well.

I think you need to dig a little deeper still, the quality is outstanding.
It does require disipline..which most over weight individuals lack. It's not really a weight loss system at all...anyway....that happens to be one of MANY benifits that Isagenix imparts.
