Hi Giovanni

My first week saw 4.75lbs fall off. I was amazed!

I have lost a total of 15lbs in just over nine weeks, averaging out at 1.4lbs per week overall.

I have lost 33 lbs. I started JUDDD in Feb. I really started losing fast after I did JUDDD and low carb, high protein, high fiber. It's a great diet principle, just tweak it to adjust it to your lifestyle...

Hi!! I just started and like it already!! Yesterday i did my first down day and did ok until at night and ate a couple pieces of thin crust pizza and wasstill down this morning!! Today, I am still trying not to over do it and only eat healthy and when i am truly hungry. I ate fried chicken (healthy Huh?!)and lite java chip ice cream!! Well, at leat i am going to try to eat more healthy after today!! Maybe- i do like ice cream!! And pizza!!! Is anyone here on antidepressants? I find it hard to lose weight and my dr. says that is part of the reason. Also, how much excersise do you do? I have to get started and am not motivated to do that?!!

I lost 4.5 lbs during that first week, and I TESTED it GOOD, with things like pancakes, pasta, (whole wheat of course ; ), and other natural but normally not induldged in yummies. Needless to say, I was beyond inspired to carry on.

I lost 10 pounds my first week (mostly water weight, I'm sure), which is the same way my body responded to Atkins and South Beach. The difference is two months later I'm still cheerfully looking forward to the downdays and am able to do my job at lab with ease, whereas with the other two diets I felt nauseous, irritable, and unable to concentrate nearly nonstop for over a month. This one works for my body comfortably, whereas low carb just doesn't.

I lost 5lbs and I am thrilled. I normally lose quickly the first week of any diet but this was fairly easy for me. Im on my second week and will see how it goes.

I dont have a lot to lose, just about 14 more lbs.

HI everyone,
I just found out about the judddd in the forums. I need to go from a 14 to an 8 by mid May. Coupled daily with 12k training and the judddd, is this a realistic goal? Or should I stick with what I know works, namely low carb.
Thanks!

I went down only 2 lb the first week, but that was coming off a big loss the week before, so I didn't have any more water weight to lose. It has been slow for me. Any plan has been slow for me. That's OK. Slow and sure. I tend to go for a long time with nothing lost and then take off a big chunk over a couple of weeks.
Mariana, there is some posting in the JUDDDD group.
