I picked up some bento-like containers (plastic, small containers that all fit together)... now, for my work day, I'll have one with baby carrots, one with pea pods, one with celery/PB/craisins, I'll have a little container with a healthy GORP mix, and one with nuts/seeds/dried fruit for my lunch salad. I might even fit a half sandwich into one of them, if I'm feeling like I need to add that in.
So, basically, I graze my way through my little containers over the course of my work day. Since I've measured/planned all the little snacks, and, as a vegan, there is NADA available to me at work to add to all this, it's pretty controlled.
