I need to be able to get down on the floor and play with them easily!! I'm a graduate of WeightWatchers and an enthusiastic advocate of its balanced approach to weight loss. I'm sure that I drink too much coffee and get too little sleep. :) My goals are to maintain my weight in a healthy BMI/BF % range and forestall the toll of advancing age. :) I think Traineo's established a great community and appreciate the support and information we share.
