I have it as well as the Eating Clean Workout book and I subscribe to Oxygen mag. I am totally hooked on eating clean. LOTS of fruit, veggies, whole grains, and protein from lean sources. The recipe book uses some ingredients in recipes that I haven't heard of or wouldn't really use so I substitute if possible. Other than that its great! There's breakfast, soups, stews, shakes, desserts, casseroles, etc. I highly recommen...

Reply by seinlife s

@The New Me - I just glanced at your profile and you are such an inspiration...congrats on your weight loss and continued success!

Reply by THE NEW ME

thank you. i just joined the group and seinlife ive been checking out your blog. thanks!

Reply by seinlife s

Thanks Ms. M

Reply by Ms. M.

There is a 'Eating Clean' group on Traineo... spotted it the other day...

It has been a bit tough sticking to 5 to 6 meals a day and even harder to cut back on caffeine. Other than that it seems to suit me well. You can check out my progress or cheer me on or just spectate at http://www.seinlife.com
Have a good day!...

Reply by Kelly Michelle

To me, I don't think you can go wrong with eating clean. It's how nature intended anyway. Elminating anything man hasn't brutally taken apart, rebuilt, or added a bunch of unnecessary crap to is obviously wise choice. Take your vitamins yet though, and I wouldn't go to the extent as drinking say, unhomegenized milk or anything. But sticking with organics, fresh juices, lean meats, and all that good stuff is great ...

Reply by Tom Maxey

I read the article in Oxygen magazine. I found it very useful. I started with the article in Men's Health about Diabetes (Dec or Jan I think). I decided I needed to change and basically went on the protein diet for two weeks to "clean up" and then read the article in Oxygen. They don't necessarily need to be straight off the farm or whatever, whole wheat bread is a "processed" food, eggs and milk have been pasteurized, kashi cereal is not something you just pick out of the ground. It's mainly a...

Reply by Kat G

I've heard of it...I believe it's when you eat anything that isn't processed or packaged. Anything that is natural, basically. No transfats, no preservatives, no nothing. Just what's from nature. Personally, I try to stick to something like it as much as i can! : D I would go for it!
