I need just a simple answer about this "My Diet" you know the one that says

"Calculate your daily diet score using the sliders to the left. Aim for the highest diet score each day to keep on track!"

it says to count how many calories do you eat during the day so I found this site called calorie king and it breaks down all the calories in that particular food. Do I have to add just calories from fat to the "My Diet" plan thingy or all the calories from that food into it...I know this sounds like a question a newbie would ask but helpful replies will be most appreciated

All calories.

Don't get hung-up on that though. Someone else posted this link that can be very helpful in quickly gauging how many calories your meal is. It's easy to simply look at a photo and add up 200+200+200+200=800. Done!

Why all calories? Calories are calories, it's just that fat has stuff you don't want in your system. That's the simple answer. I'm sure someone else will follow this post with a more comprehensive answer. It happens.

Don't confuse him Paul,

Fat is not bad. Too much is bad, not enough is bad, but fat is not inherently bad.

I advise people to write down everything they eat for a week. Then total the macronutrient content (protein/carbs/fats). Then count the calories per day.

This gives you a better snapshot of how you actually eat. And no cheating! write down everything. Each cookie, slice of cheese, bagel, everything.
