I found THE BEST WAY to get in a ton of greens everyday! Green smoothies! You just put (perhaps) collard greens, spinach, a banana, some frozen mixed berries, and a couple of small apples in the blender (enough to make a quart) and voila! About 15 servings of vegetables and fruits all in one go! It's SO filling and so yummy. I've been eating them every day for a couple of days now and I already feel like I have tons more energy. Definitely give it a shot!

Monique, I make these for myself and my twins. I use lots of frozen fruit... makes a great soft serve ice cream...

I have to say... It's sooo cute when one of my 3.5 y/o twins gets in the fridge grabs the spinach and yells... Smmooothy Mommy!

Am just getting into my wheatgrass and sprouting seeds at the moment and its so easy I don't know why I didn't do it years ago!!
