Although nutrition labels give us a better sense of the foods we eat, they are not absolutely reliable and accurate. Manufacturers can mislead us into believing their products have no fat and contain all fruit, when it may be full of fat and have very little fruit. When in doubt, check the ingredients to see what the food is made up of. Especially watch out for preservatives and artificial ingredients.

0 Fat but 100000 calories per serving... go sugar!

Range Cows- We let the cows run to the slaughter barn vs shooting them in the stalls..

Grass Fed - We put some grass in the stalls with the 50lb bag of corn
