Methods I use is to eat high nutrient dense foods which fill me up quicker.  Definitely vegetables for me which I never count the calories of anyway, and swap sources like beans and quinoa for any rice and pasta dishes.

It is easy for me as I know I work well with protein so I just cut my carb soures and I&amp;#039;m good.

so essentially, depending on your choices, you can have a different salad each day.
