In other words, if your BMR is 1800, and you burn 700 calories in a workout, in theory, you&amp;#039;ve burned 2500 that day.

That being said, finding your BMR is going to take experimentation. Am I supposed to count exercise workouts in the calculation (sedentary, active, very active, etc.)?

Am I supposed to use my CURRENT weight or my GOAL weight?

I&amp;#039;m sure I can proceed from there if I knew the answers to these questions.
