I had a prawn and crab salad for lunch today. Made me really hungry and wish I'd had a massive steak!!!

Need to find some mechanism to curb this appetite. Not found a way yet, so I'll just have to up the phys again.

To the hills!!!!

With all the rain falling here -- I may just swim home to burn off the Dougnut...
B: (the healthy one not the doughnut) 2 eggs, 2 sausage and an english muffin.(not as healthy as I would have liked but better than eating oreos for breakfast.)

Do you mean swim at home? Because it sounds like you have a route from work to home that you can swim. Hehe.

Lunch: Panera Bread - turkey chickpea chili and asian sesame salad (400)
Snack: peas rolled up deli meat and cheese (100)

lol -- no this morning with the way it was raining, it looked like I could swim home -- I was being silly.

Now I seriously need to work off the food day grazing.
I don't even know what I ate.... a little bit of this, a little bit of that -- all bad for me.

Ah well -- Tomorrow I will eat healthy, and feel better.

It is food day at work

It was my food day at work also. But, I was lucky that I have so many meetings running around. By the time I am back, all the food are gone, only apples left. People like donuts, cookies more than apples.

Tonight I am going to see Ironman with my Fiance.. I think I might spoil myself and have a little movie popcorn tonight. I have been really good lately. I just need to eat just a few bites and then be done with it tonight though. Wish me luck!

Normal Pre/Post WO meal and Lunch (raw oatmeal, applesauce, pineapple, soy milk, egg white)
Then, lunch in Wholefood - totally unleashed and could not held the temptation from variety of samples. Then, dinner in Chinese. Another big blow! Can't estimate the calories taken.
Grade D today.

I had rolled up lunch meat and cheese then I still wanted something so I ate some leftover canned sweet peas that I had in the fridge. Haha. Sorry I tried to phrase that in a less confusing manner but I guess I didn't do too well.

I've done well this weekend - even when presented with BBQ and the grandparent-in-law's house. I just ate a little and did fine. Today I've eaten quite a lot and treated myself to a splurge day as a result of 6 good days this week. Hopefully weigh in on Thurs will show all my hard work. I had about 1800 Cal on Fri and Sat and then I guessed about 2700 Cal for today so the average over the week was 1870ish/day. Not to shabby

Grade D again today.

Too much food in the 10K Finish Line Festivals: pizza, bagel, cookies, pasta, fruits, all kinds of energy drinks, popcorns, icecream, starbust coffies....etc.

I ate balance for B, L and D. But, the snacks in the Finish Line have already blew the diet for today.

But, it was fun. I have a great time with my frineds there. We got so much goodies, t-shirts. The french cookies were so yummy and so much variety...I have 1 for each kind. . I got a free massage also.
