B:raw oatmeal/applesauce 1/2 cup, pineapple 100g, cottage cheese 1/2 cup, almond 0.5oz
S: deli ham 1, apple 1
L: Penara pick2 combo(grilled salmon salad, turkey chickpea chilli soup), tomato basil bread 1 oz
S: hard boiled egg 1, apple 1
Pre-WO: raw oatmeal/applesauce 1/2 cup
Post-WO+D: Dannon yogart 1, beef 1 oz, almond 0.5oz, pineapple 100g
~1500 cal

I gave myself B today. I could not eat 2 deli ham and 2 eggs for snack anymore. I still need some time to get used to eat "big" for snack. The tomato basil bread was another flaw to try to avoid simple carbs. But, my body seems crying for carbs because of the running tonight. I could not resist that beautiful delicious piece of bread.

Panera Bread Chose 2

I am a Panera fan also, Rachael. Sesame chicken salad is one of my favorite. I love their whole grain bread also. Have you tried their grilled salmon salad and tomato basil bread. They are delicious. Just talking about it makes me want some already.

My wife is a big Panera fan as well. They have some really good Black Bean soup there.

I have never tried either of those, but I will follow your suggestion and try it out sometime. I mainly love Panera because they have all of their nutritional info online. Well, plus they have very good food!

Had nachos last night for dinner, and I don't feel bad about it. I only had one plate. My best friend cooked and it was finger lickin' good...literally.

Another Lamb's Lettuce/Arugula Salad with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and a teapsoon of balsamic, sprinkled with parmesan. LOVE that combo.

Tonight I'm gonna "Thai one on" in Paris with some hub and some friends, so I'm keeping a lid on the cals until then. YUM!

Steak and chicken fajitas for lunch. I think I had 3 with just a little beans and rice. Didn't overdo it at all.

Lunch: Mexican dish and an apple (400)

So question about egg whites: I bought the little carton of just egg whites and I'm wondering how I can make these into the hard boiled consistency. Can I just toss them in the microwave? heat them in a skillet? any suggestions?

rachael- i dont think you can make them hard boiled eggs from that consistency. you need the whole egg for that. you can toss them in the micro or skillet though and make them scrambled. use them the way you would use as if you just cracked open an egg.

Black Bean soup

Joe, it is one of my regular. I alternate it with the Garden Veggie soup. Lately, they have introduced the Turkey Chickpea Chilli soup. That is so good and has more protein. Now, I am alternating between Black bean and turkey chickpea chilli.

Cardio, your friend cooked the nacho. It must be good and healthier.

Jen, did you cook the food yourself? They sounds delicious...

Alcohol dehydrates. So it's probably all water weight.

Like the truck load of sugar wasn't worrying? The fats just stabilise the blood sugar for a bit to try and balance the energy for long term endurance. I'll be training for maybe 8 hours at a time.

Tonight's dinner was pretty nice: Whole wheat fusilli tossed with with a little olive oil and sauteed tuna, (canned), onion, chopped fresh mint leaves, diced cherry tomatoes and a little tweak of hot sauce, served with some nice Spanish red wine.

Saladworks is serving a salad called Avocadolicious.

I'm not sure what's in the lemon dill vinaigrette, but the rest of it is a vegan's dream. It's quite good, and I wish they would make it a permanent part of the menu. Saladworks, contrary to what its name might imply, is not very vegan-friendly.

I was asking about the pork pies because I have no idea what they are. Sounds disgusting.

Lunch: Nuke's greek salad with half the dressing. It had romaine, black olives, tomatoes, banana peppers, feta, and chicken. Yum! (500)
