yesterday,
b - kashi
no snacks...
l - chicken, asparagus, mushroom, brie wrap at archie moore's pub.. Ate a couple of the fries, but that's it
d - went out, had reservations at a fondue place, it was awesome. had fried apps, calamari and oysters, then a 3-cheese fondue w/ tons of dippers; bread, grapes, apples, cukes, 'everything' crackers, broccoli, carrots, etc... fun and delish!

Cool dipping veggies into the fondue. Too bad the Frenchies are so traditional in regards to what "should" be dipped into that cheesy sauce--meaning ONLY EVER WHITE, somewhat dried crusty bread cubes.

Thanks for the idears.

B: peanut butter 2 tsp, banana - 1, soy milk 1, orange /2
S: almond 0.5oz, atkins ganola bar 1/2, apple 1
L: Japanese chicken cold noodles (raman, bean sprouts, cucumble, egg, soy/mustard sauce) 1 huge full plate (finished 75%) , stream mustard greens 1 plate
S: almond 0.5oz, baby carrot 1/2 cup
D: roasted pork 2oz, brocolli salad 2 cup, pineapple 150g

I gave myself B- today. The lunch was too much. Raman is simple carbs. But, I did manage to have good amount of protein in each meal and less than 3 servings of fruit today though.

Bagel with cream cheese/jam and a banana.
Probably could've made a better choice, but I needed to shake up my routine a bit.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm... RAW PEAS... ALREADY SHELLED...

I'm eating a huuuuuuge bowl right now and I'm loving them!

As a wee one I used to get busted in the pea patch a LOT, (our own, and even the neighbors', teeheeeeeeee...)

Much preferable to cooked peas, in my rodenty-nibblin' opinion.

I've had no dinner. And seeing as how my lunch was NOWHERE NEAR healthy, I'm not sure what to eat.

cardio-are you hungry? dont punish yourself for having an unhealthy lunch. have what you planned on having for dinner and continue on from now forward trying to do the best you can. thats all you can ask of yourself.

No...I'm not really hungry. But I run the risk of not eating at all when I get like this...perhaps I'll stop by subway or something.

B: hard boiled egg 1, egg white 1, apple 1, hot cocoa 1/5 cup (My company has a new coffee machine that serves hot cocoa. Everybody said it is much better than the old machine. I just want to taste it. Still too sweet to me though.)
S: deli ham 2, baby carrot 200g
L: Panera pick 2 combo (Salmon salad, turkey chickpea chilli soup), wholegrain baguette 1 oz
S: hard boiled egg 1, almond 0.5 oz, apple 1
Pre-WO: raw oatmeal+applesause 1/2 cup
Post-WO+D: Baked chicken 2 oz, snappeas 1 cup, pineapple 100g, peanut butter 2 tsp, baby carrot 50g
~1500 cal for today.

I gave myself grade B+ today. No coffee and sample bread at all. Green tea and water only for the whole day. Move heavy protein in each snack. The only fault is the 1/5 cup of hot cocoa and 1 oz of wholegrain baguette.

Then I ate 15 raw peanuts.

Then a big ole apple.

Cardio, im having a problem with eating a spoon of sugar in the morning with my oatmeal+ milk. As soon as i eat it, i suffer from the horrid sugar induced blood levels crash and feel so fuzzy headed! So from today i added a spoon of natural peanut butter and some almonds to include protein and some good fats. It tastes ok since i eat it with toast but im never going back to sugar.

Heheh, well, my day isn't over yet, RAHHHHHR!

Oh, and check out "Steviva", I have a wee jar from this company and while it's a tad hard to get a good handle on dosages due to its incredible potency, it sure beats the hell outta aspartame and its friends.

The Steviva sounds good. Im just not comfortable using sweet and low everyday in my oatmeal since i use 2 of those in my coffee anyway. It would be a bit too much. Will try the honey and if that doesnt work...then Steviva !!

Hope you have a smooth day ahead Minu...whatever is left of it!
