There is two new powerades out here. I do like powerade and know that it should not be substituded for water... but I want to know if this is actually going to help.
There is a powerade energy edge, and powerade recovery. Energy edge has caffinee in it, and recovery has protien in it. Check out the website for a little more detail. It sounds really good. I've tried them both, and i'm to look up isotonic now. What I wanna know is, does it really work? Would it help me during and after my exercises? If I was to just drink powerade and water everday rather than softdrink and water?
