"No sugar tonight in maaa coffee, no sugar tonight in maaa tea"!

Glad I do so little of it.

This one caught my eye especially:

16. Sugar can produce an acidic digestive tract.

Since I have been eating clean, (2 years now), I have not suffered from the horrendous heartburn that I once dealt with daily.

I thought it was just somehow in relation to becoming thinner, but more likely it's linked to extreme low intake of sugar, (which, FWIW, is only ever honey).

Cheers for sharing, Monique.

20. Sugar can lead to alcoholism.

Wouldn't mind reading about HOW this one works.

Anyone? Ferrrrris?

Indeed, like:

67. Sugar is enemy #1 of the bowel movement.

Everyone KNOWS that it's number 2.

That's some humor straight out of my book. Nicely done.

Excuse me. Won't post again.

Guess we didn't need a list to tell us that sugar is bad, though, hm?

Whether every claim is 100% or not I appreciated seeing it. It made me happy with the changes I've made to my diet.

Why not? Each one of those reasons has a reference cited. I don't think sugar is a killer but the truth is that most people eat way too much refined sugar and should reduce their consumption.

I agree. I don't think occasional sweets will kill you either, but I definitely think it causes health problems when eaten as frequently as most Americans.
