I am a huge nerd! I love computers, my wii, the xbox and action movies. Battlestar Galactica is my favourite tv show. I obsess about music and love bands like Muse, NIN, A Perfect Circle, Metric and The Bravery. I love to talk, and hopefully this website will help keep me motivated!

The other day I was watching a television show called "X-Weighted". During one part of the show, a nutritionist shows up at their house, and goes through their fridge and cupboards.
Then I thought... I wonder what is in the fridges of my traineo comrades? If you have a digital camera, go take a snapshot and post a photo of whats in your fridge! If you don't have a camera, make us a list!
I took a photo of my fridge, here it is! Tell me what you think!

That's a fine-lookin' fridge, Ms Tara. Now, to get serious about dinner, I'd need a peek at your sauce selection in the side door...

I was a slacker and didn't hit the market today, but I'm sure I'll think of something fun for dinner.

I'm a plant enthusiast dedicated to eating whole, fresh foods. As for exercise, I regularly participate in: swimming, water aerobics, yoga, the elliptical machine, the stair stepper, running, and weight training. I try to switch up my routine a lot so that I don't get bored. My biggest obstacle to weight loss is eating when I'm lonely or sad, but I've started keeping a list on my fridge of other things I can do to occupy my time. So far it's really been helping!
Aside from health and fitness, I was married in December 2007 and am enjoying being married and decorating our apartment. I am currently finishing my last semester as an undergraduate, and hope to begin an English MA program Fall 2009. I love reading, quilting, cooking, hiking, swimming, decorating, gardening, and striving to protect the environment. I'm also really pleased that Barack Obama is going to be our next president.
Let me know if you need a motivator! Good luck in your health and fitness efforts!

Success is not a race, be patient. Success leads to success. Success is always a work in progress. Success doesn't come to you--you go to it. Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process. Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it. Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying. Everyday is a good day to SUCCEED! If at first you don't succeed-try, try again
