I like Joel Fuhrman's equation: healthiness = nutrient / calories. The more nutrients per calorie a food has, the healthier it is for you.

Nutrient dense food naturally has fewer calories by volume -- which means you can eat a lot of it, feel stuffed, and still end up with fewer calories.

I was impressed with ChickenTuna's lifestyle transformation, from the sickly thin girl to the ripped muscley figure. (Translation: After drooling over the pictures for an hour, I noticed there were actually words on the page...)

My hubby says she needs to pull her panties up

Translation: "I was looking. Please don't hit me." See Rule #1.

And those implants are just---not doin' it for me, not that they ever do, WHY must so many women go overboard with those damn things?

I thought it was a nice boob job.

Honestly, I'd prefer someone with a flat chest who'd take me out running or other physical activities. Those don't look very comfortable for the highly mobile. But as far as pure aesthetics go, they are pretty nice.
