On Jan 1st when I first started, I set aside 10 pounds as a goal for each month. Well here it is, January 28th and I have lost only 7 lbs. 3 more weigh-ins to hit 3 more pounds. If I would have focused more my first 2 weeks I would have crushed the 10 lb barrier. But oh well, I am going to hit it either way. Looks like I will be in the gym until Thursday!
