I need snacks (preferably under 300 calories a serving) and meals (300-600 per serving). I want some things that are high in protien (because I don't get enough), moderate in fat (GOOD FAT!) and low to moderate in complex carbs. Any ideas (besides nuts)?

I forgot to mention that I have braces and, even though I don't really listen, I don't eat anything TOO hard or TOO sticky.

tuna, boca burger w/ cheese, either of the previous two on light multi-grain bread, 2% string cheese, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs (whites), most 'diet' prepared meals are under or around 300 calories (watch out for the sodium), canned soup, fat-free refried beans, chicken/turkey and beans (add salsa for extra flavor)... there's more but I'm tired

Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm actually having trouble reaching 2200 calories a day (which is what I need to maintain). I don't want to wind up underweight (and I'm not too far from it...my BMI is like 19.5 or something).

meals-any sandwiches on whole bread /whole wheat pita /whole wheat wrap with turkey/chicken/ tuna or salmon with oil and vinegar or salad with any of the above proteins and veggies, or peanut butter on whole wheat bread, or protein bar, or fruit, or cottage cheese and rice cakes, or high fiber cereal and milk

What happens if you don't eat seafood, eggs, or can't get turkey...? lol
