Hey guys!

I hope everyone has a wonderful, healthy, skinny, sexy New Year!!! I know everyone on here works very hard and it should be a great year for all of us @ traineo!!!

but anyways...

I know this isn't like a big tip or anything..

If you are making your drinks tomorrow night, anyone looking for a lower calorie drink that is still amazing, I highly recommend the 0 calorie on-the-go packs as mixers! I know it seems wierd.. but I tried the Raspberry Lemonade one and it tastes amazing and it's WAY better than a heavy calorie beer! Any of the fruity lemonade-like ones taste really good.. and you can mix it with water or with Sprite Zero.. whichever.

Raspberry Lemonade = amazing. Alcohol added or not, it's so good.

Just thought I'd throw that out there..

HAVE A GREAT NEW YEARS EVERYONE!

I won't be going out tomorrow, but feel free to post any other ideas/mixes that won't hurt the diets!

Just keep in mind that for some reason, diet drinks make you absorb alcohol more quickly. You will get drunk faster when you mix with a diet drink, so be careful if you do!

With that said, I really like the raspberry lemonade too!

And have a GREAT New Year!

Guiness - only about 125 calories and slower to drink... not to mention less alcohol.

Vodka only has about 80 calories a shot and gets to the point quickly.
