but, does anyone know of any good websites that will basically put together a diet plan for me based on what I am trying to achieve? My problem is that I can eat a lot and not gain a pound and so, for all my life, 'watching' what I eat has been a non issue. I work out with some frequency (and would like to do more) but I want to match it with a clearly defined daily menu/diet that I can just do without sitting down for a couple of hours every sunday and putting it together for the week. so:

1. I apologize if someone posted something like this in the past... I did a quick search and didn't find anything (I know it is annoying getting the same questions over and over...)

2. I am about 6 2, 172 and would like to get up to a fairly muscular 180-185.

Anabolic Diet

Nobody's going to buy, prepare and serve the meal to you on a silver platter if that's what you're looking for.

It's basically high fats, high protein, low carbs through the week and the opposite on weekends.

If you're like most people you get way too many carbs already in your diet. Carbs are everywhere and they're cheap. If you choose the anabolic diet or any other muscle building diet, it's going to take some work to get those high ratios of fats and proteins. I struggle just to keep my fats and proteins at 30% each. Sometime in the next few weeks, once I get a new strength training routine worked out, I'm switching to the anabolic diet but it's going to be tough.

I agree Minu, though I'm not sure what "eyebrowy" means. I love how you make up words though

Nice new picture Fred. I do remember seeing an older picture of you when you had glasses and were bigger. Do you have a b4 and after gallery? I'd like to use that as inspiration.

It means, "Yes, yes, my friend", (who is masuline, as there's two words for "friend", masc. and fem.).
