These have been reported on before, in separate articles, but it's fun to see them all listed on the same page.

No, you do not have to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

No, reading in dim light will not damage your eyesight.

No, eating turkey doesn't make you sleepier than eating other foods.

Thats a good link that you have. Its good to see some of these myths debunked from a medical standpoint.

The one about causing damage to your eyes by reading in dim light has never made sense to me. Does everyone get eye damage from walking around outside near dusk or dawn?
