I have been reading about many of the negative aspects of HFCS since I cut soda out of my diet. I wanted to cut HFCS out of my diet completely but I have found it INCREDIBLY hard. Almost any sweetened drink has HFCS in it.. everything from iced tea to grape fruit juice. I don't want to drink any sugar-replacements so anything "diet" is out of the question. I drink alot of water but sometimes I just need something with a little flavor. I've been drinking lipton unsweetend iced tea which is ok but not great. Anyone have any success with a non-hfcs drink that tastes good?

Fruit juices and/or smoothies are sweet, with no added sugar or rubbish in them: you should be able to get fruit juice (from concentrate or otherwise) without added sugar. Squashes and cordials are pretty good too; but read the label to make sure you get the sugar free varieties.

Check out the organic section of your grocery store. There are plenty of all-natural fruit juices there. Also, if you like iced tea you can make your own and add as much real sugar as you want. Lately, since it's fall, I've been drinking all-natural cider! Warming it and adding mulling spices and a cinnamon stick is a great cool-weather treat.

How about such a drink: half glass of fresh juice and half water. Fresh juises are really rich in vitamins, and adding water you don't get too many calories. Try grapefruit fresh, they say it help sburning fat as well.Good luck

if you want juice, get the juice that is 100% juice...obviously no soda of any kind (diet or reg.).

Read labels, you're going to find that alot of food has HFCS in it, that you would never have though of, becaseu when YOU (not personally you, but a person) make that at home from scratch, you don't have HFCS in your cupboard.

Read every label, if it has HFCS, or Partially hydrogenated (whatever)bean oil, put it back and don't buy it. If it's not there you can't eat it, and eventually you won't crave those things.
