I've been hanging onto a little extra weight for a couple of years now, since I can't seem to stay healthy and injury-free. So here goes!

I found a great breakfast/snack option that works great for me. It's quick and easy to grab as I'm running out the door in the morning. It's not expensive and it satisfies any sweet craving, the need to chew, and has enough protein to satisfy for a while.
This option has a total of 150 calories 8g of protein and only 2g of fat.
I would be interested in knowing how that converts to WW points if anyone knows.
Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt Smoothie (Pre-packaged)
70 cals, 5g protiein, 0g fiber, 13g carbs per bottle
King's Hawaiian Honey Wheat Roll
80cals, 3g protein, 1g fiber, 16g carb per roll
Anyone else want to share a good food option they've found??

I am a university student, mid 30's, and mom to a 5 year old boy. I want to maintain my weight below 133. I've been sick for a while and gained weight, now its time to lose again.

I'm with Matt. Eggs are always good.
For breakfast I either eat eggs, high protein slimfast, or oatmeal with protein powder.

I like one egg on a whole wheat bagel with a slice of fat free kraft cheese.
Most of the time I just grab a healthy harvest Powerbar though. High in fiber and protein.

my usual breakfast is a smoothie.
Banana, Non-Fat Yogurt (Vanilla Flavor), Low-cal fruit juice, and a medley of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries). I also add a couple of tbsp of ground up flaxseed for fiber.
I usually put in about 1/2cup of the berries, yogurt, and juice. Comes out to about 16oz of smoothie. Calorie is probably in the 300+.
Prep time is around 5 Min.

I have been hanging onto the last 15 pounds of baby weight since my daughter was 6 months old. I am ready to break through and get the last of it off!

Hey! Your smoothie is one point I think. Your roll is either 1 or 2 (don't have my calculator handy).
I agree with the others about eggs. Chris often makes me an egg sandwich on light whole wheat bread with a little bit of light margarine.
I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Quaker WHOLE oats (NOT the quick one minute ones) in the big tub. 3/4 c. of those, cooked in water (2 minutes or so in the microwave). Add Splenda and cinnamon to taste, and maybe a bit of FF milk to make it creamy. 3-4 points and it's a WHOLE LOTTA OATMEAL!
It used to be my old stand-by that I got away from. Tomorrow I'm back at it!!! Yummy, I can't wait! And it sticks with you forever, has tons of fiber, and it's really good for you.

Looking to add some muscle over the next few months. Trying to get in those calories and focusing on the compound lifts. We'll see how it all goes :)

Oatmeal is a great breakfast option. Sticks with you for a while too.
Fruit
Eggs.. 2 every morning & my protein shake.
Key for most anything is portion size.

Wow, thanks for the suggestions everyone.
Eggs are great, but I'm not a morning person and won't have the time or take the time to make them.
I keep oatmeal in my desk at work, so that's easy enough.
Okay, now on to lunch/dinner options. The quicker and easier the better.

Luna bar and Light and Fit yogurt for me.
I like eggs, but I really shouldn't be around hot things when I wake up.
