New year... new resolutions...
I'm new here and initially I just wanted to keep track of my progress, but I'm falling in love with the helpful and supportive community. Also, been really encouraged by how much people are changing their lives.
I used to be pretty athletic in high school and early college. But I've been struggling with depression in college and early career. Smoked, drank, ate poorly, didn't work out, slept poorly... Now, I'm really trying to change my self-image and my self-confidence. My goal is to just lose some fat and feel better about myself. Hopefully, get more energy too.
