Hi my name is Olafia and I'm from Iceland.
I need to lose 34 kg (75lbs). I want to lose all those kg in the next 200 days or before my 30th birthday . I have a good plan for both diet and exercise. This week I'm concentrating on the diet and next week I'll start the exercising program as well. I know I can do this. I've found the bottom so now it's just a question of a good kick ;).

Welcome Olafia! Good luck on your weight loss journey. I would like to point out, though, that 75 lbs in 200 days is more than 2.5 lbs/week (more than 1 kg/week). It is possible, but it will require a lot of hard work and you'll definitely want to educate yourself on fitness and nutrition.

I realize that I'm in for hard work, blood, sweat and tears. I feel that I have the tools and the will to make this happen. I believe that I can do this

Welcome and wow thats a 'tuff' goal.

Can I ask what the tools will be to make it happen?

A more realistic approach would be a good diet with good exercise and a 1lb of weight loss a week. Much more than that would most likely be a LOT of muscle mass lost vs just extra fat.

We're here to support and help however we can

I will follow a strict diet and exercise program but most important is that I believe that I can do this.
I know that this is a hard goal to meet but not impossible.

Good luck...I must say as I'm trying to lose about 50 pounds before June, I can commiserate on the tough road ahead. The only thing I would warn you about is pinning too much on the pound/kg numbers. Remember that as you exercise you will put on muscle which does weigh more than fat. I find that the measuring tape is a more accurate representation of where I'm at and where I want to be. There are times that the scale hasn't moved an ounce, but the measuring tape has lost a 1/2 inch on my butt. Helps keep me wanting to get there.
