This is the first full day on Traineo for me. I will change my life today in everything I do. I will use Traineo as my journal to be accountable and to lay out my goals. I have been lazy and procrastinating for very long. Well I am not much for words or action for that matter. Today that will change!

Hey RTW I saw that your goal weight was 164. That seems pretty low unless you are really short. Anyway welcome! My advice to you and everyone else trying to lose fat is to journal your calories. It's a pain to do but the time spent doing this is the most valuable time you will spend attaining your goal. It's all about what you eat and the numbers don't lie.

Thanks for the advice Joe. I am going to use Fitday again. I used it almost two years ago. I lost about 10 pounds then. Then I stopped for some reason. My short term goal is to get under 200. I just have a problem a lot of the time just wanting to put something in my mouth being an ex smoker and drinker. I did weight 164 about 13 years ago. I also have weighed up to 325 in my life at one time. So I know what is possible.
