Im new here too and I totally understand what you are saying!!  I have always been &amp;quot;chunky&amp;quot; and I know how to do it, but havent.  I give everyone advice on how to to it from teaching how to read labels to portion control.  I just dont take my own advice and just do it! 
I work out at Curves 4 times a week and walk the treadmill almost everyday.  BUT my problem is I love food.  Everything about it!
