Hey! I'm Tamara.
I'm a mommy of 2 who needs to lose the last 15-20 pounds of baby weight which has just been lingering there due to my inconsistent efforts!
I love to exercise and am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, so I am technically at a "healthy" weight for my height. However, I am not back to where I was before I had my daughter 2 years ago and I know the only thing holding me back is ME ME ME.
I know what it is like to be overweight--I was once WELL over 200 pounds at my heaviest. I know what it takes to be healthy and I am willing to do it. Yet somehow I manage to fall short when it comes to reaching the finish line. I guess I have become complacent and just stopped trying since I don't look "bad".
I need help and motivation to get back to where I belong! Healthy, strong, and full of energy (and, hopefully, a bit lighter as well!).
