Hey! I'm Tamara.

I'm a mommy of 2 who needs to lose the last 15-20 pounds of baby weight which has just been lingering there due to my inconsistent efforts!

I love to exercise and am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, so I am technically at a "healthy" weight for my height. However, I am not back to where I was before I had my daughter 2 years ago and I know the only thing holding me back is ME ME ME.

I know what it is like to be overweight--I was once WELL over 200 pounds at my heaviest. I know what it takes to be healthy and I am willing to do it. Yet somehow I manage to fall short when it comes to reaching the finish line. I guess I have become complacent and just stopped trying since I don't look "bad".

I need help and motivation to get back to where I belong! Healthy, strong, and full of energy (and, hopefully, a bit lighter as well!).

I hope to find a lot of support here on traineo. I am happy to help support others as well; I know how important encouragement from others can be!

Hi Tamara!!

Im new here too and I totally understand what you are saying!! I have always been "chunky" and I know how to do it, but havent. I give everyone advice on how to to it from teaching how to read labels to portion control. I just dont take my own advice and just do it!
I work out at Curves 4 times a week and walk the treadmill almost everyday. BUT my problem is I love food. Everything about it!
Today I started this website and have done well on my eating, but I always start out good and in a few days, down hill I go.
Well, I wish you luck and hope we can team up and eventually get this weight behind us!! Take care!
