Part of the hungry thing is just going to be letting your stomach shrink (as in the actually stomach organ) especially if you&amp;#039;ve been eating a whole lot of big meals.  One way to help avoid that is to eat several small meals throughout the day instead of just 3 big ones.  I eat 6 meals or more per day.  Another way is to make sure your food is loaded up with fiber.  It&amp;#039;s harder to digest so it stays in the stomach longer and keeps you feeling fuller longer.

Maybe morning exercise? I&amp;#039;ve never been a morning person but if you do it consistently it does become easier.  

I used Simplefit to get back into shape after a long layoff.  No more than 20 minutes a day but very intense. I have been so unmotivated over the last year or so to work out and to eat healthy.  I have been athletic my whole life and I would love to get down to my 195-200 weight that I enjoyed for so long.  I&amp;#039;m not far, I&amp;#039;m currently at 221....but I work until 5:00 each night and then I don&amp;#039;t want to be away from the kids (I have three) in the evenings.
