Hello to all,
I am Hans from Germany.
Have been doing not quite much thru this period but enough for a bloody beginner, as I have experienced severe problems in years past when i did more: When i was then following my thirst for performance, I was running into complete ruin.
So this time, I start it pretty baby-like easy.
The other problem, however, is that mentally I feel so low, so exhausted...
that more and more I do not bother about training.
What I did, is documenting just my usual walks to my auntie, my errands for her, and sometimes I added some crunches.
I really dislike counting them by seconds, by their times wud be normal.
So far there was no real progress.
Sorry about that. But I dont feel mentally fit to manage an increase in training intensity.
Hope our are doing much better.
