Sorry I haven't been on for a while we recently discovered that my 6 year old is Gluten, Wheat and Dairy intollerant. Which has forced us to all rethink our diets and in order to support him we are all in the process of changing our diets to eat more healthily so he doesn't feel left out with all his new foods.

My weight is currently 70kg and my stats are: 31 32 40. So don't sell yourself short! I'm sure you worked very hard for those 5 in and I bet you feel better and you pants fit a lot nicer as a result. So good job to you!!

On the flip side, I understand how frustrating it can be to try to lose weight and not. It's hard not to focus on that number on the scale. But let's remain positive and get on track. Good results are sure to follow!...

Reply by Sarah Skilton

Hi All,

Today my stats are: 71.3kg Bust = 32 in, Waist = 31 in and Hips = 40 in.

As you can see the ONLY thing that has changed is my waist and I assume that is a reduction in water retention.
