At 19 and 160, you really can&amp;#039;t be overweight. It&amp;#039;s more than normal, unless you are only 5&amp;#039; tall. Even then... its not that big.

I just turned 20 and I&amp;#039;m 193. At 5&amp;#039; 11&amp;quot; I&amp;#039;m a chubby guy. I could be 170.
But don&amp;#039;t try to overwork yourself. You&amp;#039;ll get hurt.
Weight loss isn&amp;#039;t fast. Consider &amp;quot;chipping away&amp;quot; at yourself slowly. why are you afraid of fatty foods? a calorie is a calorie, and more calories in than out mean weight gain. to some extent, it doesn&amp;#039;t matter if the calorie comes from carbohydrate, protein, or fat when your goal is to lose weight.

3,500 calories of fat is a pound. do you really think for the next 20 days, you can burn 1,750 more calories than you take in without doing serious damage to your body and metabolism?

i wanna lose 10lbs i just don&amp;#039;t feel confortable with man breasts and a gut stomach its very embarssing.

i plan to lose this weight in 20 days.

by jogging daily and nightly and proper diet keep lifting weights push ups and sit ups. ie. breakfast, less fatty foods etc.
