hello hello my name is don i'm 19 and and 160lbs.

i wanna lose 10lbs i just don't feel confortable with man breasts and a gut stomach its very embarssing.

i plan to lose this weight in 20 days.

by jogging daily and nightly and proper diet keep lifting weights push ups and sit ups. ie. breakfast, less fatty foods etc.

i hope i can get there thanks.

how tall are you?

why are you afraid of fatty foods? a calorie is a calorie, and more calories in than out mean weight gain. to some extent, it doesn't matter if the calorie comes from carbohydrate, protein, or fat when your goal is to lose weight.

3,500 calories of fat is a pound. do you really think for the next 20 days, you can burn 1,750 more calories than you take in without doing serious damage to your body and metabolism?

how did you come to make these goals, and what research have you put in to what you are about to try and do to your body?

"jogging?" no.

at your weight, maybe your goal should be just to build some muscle. 150 pounds makes a pretty light man.

You'reeeee kidding. Right?

At 19 and 160, you really can't be overweight. It's more than normal, unless you are only 5' tall. Even then... its not that big.

I just turned 20 and I'm 193. At 5' 11" I'm a chubby guy. I could be 170.
But don't try to overwork yourself. You'll get hurt.
Weight loss isn't fast. Consider "chipping away" at yourself slowly. Aim more for 20 lbs in ten to twelve weeks. Two pounds is reasonable in a week. And keep hydrated!

damn thats true should of thought this through, i tend to snort coupious amounts of drugs i lost a few pounds that way.

but yeah ur right just work the muscles.
