why are you afraid of fatty foods? a calorie is a calorie, and more calories in than out mean weight gain. to some extent, it doesn't matter if the calorie comes from carbohydrate, protein, or fat when your goal is to lose weight.
3,500 calories of fat is a pound. do you really think for the next 20 days, you can burn 1,750 more calories than you take in without doing serious damage to your body and metabolism?
how did you come to make these goals, and what research have you put in to what you are about to try and do to your body?

at your weight, maybe your goal should be just to build some muscle. 150 pounds makes a pretty light man.
