I&amp;#039;d reccommend a good weight lifting program.  Something like a 5x5 lifting program is great.  A good diet with 100g of protein a day should work wonders for you.

Glad to hear your one of those lucky ones with the ability not to gain it.

Some Squats, Deadlifts (have someone demonstrate this who knows what their doing), Lunges can really help with the butt and thighs.  Running also helps too.
