Morning everyone!

I am a 21 year old girl from Sydney, Australia. I am so glad I found this website as I have just joined a gym to change my body and hopefully my life.

I am very naturally petite at 5"5, 100lbs and am keen to gain some muscle, tone up all over and become fit. Despite the fact that I eat alot, I never put on weight (the women in my family are mostly like this), however, I am extremely unfit and I have bad self image.

I am hoping to tone up all over (especially butt/thighs) and gain some muscle in my extremely tiny and narrow shoulders/arms. I'm guessing that I will put on a bit of weight in the process and I am completey fine with that!

Welcome Natasha.

I'd reccommend a good weight lifting program. Something like a 5x5 lifting program is great. A good diet with 100g of protein a day should work wonders for you.

Glad to hear your one of those lucky ones with the ability not to gain it.

Some Squats, Deadlifts (have someone demonstrate this who knows what their doing), Lunges can really help with the butt and thighs. Running also helps too. Ran track for years and the sprinters always had nice butts & thighs (not that I ever looked in any way outside of the 'healthy' aspect)

Overall the key is good nutrition and a good workout program.
