Just jumping on here to introduce myself.
My name is Shannon and I'm currently working on losing some weight (duh....that's why I'm here..

).I'm 5'3, I used to be around 125, but then I got married and two years later I was sitting around 150 (and not happy with myself). I started working out in December and have trimmed myself down to 130, but I still want to lose some more. Hopefully this community to help me continue to motivate myself to lose weight!
