Hey, im a newbie and im wierder than a yoghurt sandwich (Hey! dont knock it, they dont taste that bad, especially if you are washing it down with a bottle of red hehe)

Anyways, thought I would say hi, make myself known, and for those of a nervous disposition, steer clear, I am a fruitloop.

I have decided that at 32 I am fed up of being the lardy arsed one in all the pictures, I have run out of people and things to blame for my size, so I am having to actually do something, which for me is going to be hard cos i am sooooooooooooooo lazy, and i have zero self control!

I AM going to do it this time, I AM going to buy a whole new wardrobe, and George Clooney IS going to run away with me to an island for a life time of fun and frolics, and if he wants to bring the rest of the ocean's cast, then who am i to complain???

unfortunately the laziness that keeps you from exercising is remedied by exercise. cardiovascular activity will increase the efficiency of your lungs and heart, lowering your resting heart rate which gives energy and reduces fatigue.

welcome to the site, and i suggest you read around here and do a google search of "couch to 5k." i've never done it, but it seems to have a good level of success.

Welcome Sarah! I"m a newbie too...I think I really like the graphs and charting on this site...it will be good to see things in black and white (and blue and pink and red) as I go from day to day...although my pound up today wasn't a good thing!!!???
Take care, and we WILL do this!

Hey guys, thanks for the welcome

I am liking the site too Lori, even a simpleton like me can work out how to use the chart thingies, which is cool

On a sarcastic (but only in a humorous way) note, Bean, I have plenty of energy and I am hardly ever fatigued, Im just plain old lazy out of choice lol, nothing to be proud of but hey, us brits do it with style

..................But I promise to try harder just for you, as you were the first brave soul to say hi to the 'crazy lady'
