Hi everyone ! My name is Ryan (I am a girl though) and I came to traineo to get further into shape and tone up for Spring Break in the short run and just overall fitness in the long run. I am 5'6 around 135 and in the past I have been running around 3 miles twice a week but now I am stepping it up and going to the gym as well as waking up early to do yoga. I am hoping this site can keep me motivated

Just don't make a crack at someone being a cheerleader or our expert photoshoper (Rachael) will have their head on a cheerleader body faster than you can read another forum post.

Welcome all!

I still can't figure out how Tim got the actual picture into the post and not just a link.

BB Codes!

[code] [img]paste the link to the image here. You can upload it at imageshack.us or any other photo upload site[/img] [/code]

(ps. Dont use the [code] [/code] part.. just the img tags. The code tags allow the img tags to print instead of try to display an image)

Here is a helpful link to anyone who wants to learn more about bbcode. I like this one because it is easy to read and shows examples. You can also do a search for "bb code" in any search engine for more help.

Oh... I'm new too! I signed up to Traineo in may.. and then completely neglected it. However, I'm back, and pumped up, and ready to loose inches.

I'm at 190 pounds now (down from 194 four days ago woo woo!) and I would like to loose another 35 pounds by August.

I'm excited to get started and keep going. I look forward to the motivation this web community provides.

I believe it is part of the "Biggest Loser" group! I think Spyke is going to win this challenge in about 3 weeks, though

Welcome newbies! I keep missing threads...

I think it was Ara that said your best bet for getting motivation from this site is to be active in the forums. Then you start building relationships and finding yourself accountable to others. It's always a great feeling to get on traineo and post a thread about how you kicked butt on the elliptical or how you won a battle with the scale.

35lb challenge winner will more than likely be Spyke. His prize: his head on Britney Spears' body. Rachael, make it so.
