Hi guys,
I'm getting back into regular exercise after taking a year off from a back injury (and eating ALOT of chocolate and fried food)
Trying not to overwhelm myself with all the eating plans out there I just try to make healthy choices daily. I try to stay away from processed food (except for chocolate :rolleyes

eat alot of citrus fruit leafy greens, beans, fish and lean meats. So far I've lost 15lbs by just changing my eating habits but I am really really out of shape...I hope that joining here will give me the kick to be CONSISTENT with exercise!!! Health is my #1 priority right now.
I do yoga, cardiocoach and T-tapp but I have no fixed routine....like 1 cardio session every 2 weeks.

but that is going to change
